First of all, I’d like to say, that I’m neither a professional nor good dancer. Some years ago I found videos with Industrial dance and decided to try. And I enjoy it. I discovered for myself also EBM, TBM, Dark electro music. Unfortunately, I had to dance at home – there were no Industrial parties in our city at that moment. Likely, I saw a festival of electronic music for Cyber Goths and Industrial people, which was in Ukraine. So I went there with my friends and took part in great and funny event. There I’ve filmed my first Industrial dance video. I was afraid, that I will look awful, because I just started to dance. That’s why I danced with my new acquaintance. (Now I prefer not to watch this video). I went to this festival one more time and then decided to visit Amphi. I was lucky, because when I came, there was International Industrial dance meeting. I’ve met with many talented dancers and took part in cool dance video. It was sad, that I hadn’t known about this project during the first day. So I’ve joined only on the second day. Anyway, I was happy to dance with awesome people.
Last year I’ve met with good video editor – Sveta Getmanskaya. Actually, a friend of mine – Natalya Shilo – asked her to make dance video for me. Thanks to photographer Andrew Rezun and these two girls, I’ve got great video. You can find it on my YouTube channel (the song is Solitude and belongs to Wynardtage). My friend persuaded me to film more Industrial dance videos, and we spent full day to make almost a fantastic movie. It’s too difficult to edit it, so now I have only short trailer. But you can also watch it and wait for the full version. Finally, I took part in international dance project and filmed some fragments for it. Then we watched these fragments and agreed, that it should be independent video. And here is it. Now my channel has a few videos, and I dance usually once in 6 months (some local bands asked me to make a performance during their concerts). That’s why I laugh, when I get comments like «you dance as baby Goth» or «I’ve seen videos much better». It’s just my little hobby, I haven’t practice each day to improve my skills. To be honest, I spend more time to learn historical dances (it’s my hobby too). The main things in my videos are a plot, a scenery, an image. They are also not perfect. But we tried to make something interesting. So enjoy it! (You can find some of my videos here, just choose a "VIDEOS" section).

From what I saw, you are pretty good! Also, you have the courage to put yourself out there and do what you love. Haters that just sit and rot behind their screens can go and royally fuck themselves :D
You are great! And your photos and dance videos are looking fantastic! The important thing is : We can all see how much you love what you do, and that makes it epic!
@Parket I'm pretty short, roughly 1.5 meters (as Europeans count it :D ) And I still do recreational pole dancing :D Sometimes, being short is an advantage, trust me :D
Thanks to all of you! :)
What about pole dance, I'm afraid, that I'm not enough tall. But I admire people, who makes such incredible things on the pole.
I admire your courage, I would be to embarrassed to go out and dance if I don't feel that I am the best... Talking about the fixed mindset on my part :D But I am so glad you are enjoying yourself, that is what it is important!
As long as you enjoy dancing and making videos, you go girl! There will always be mean comments from those who sit behind the screens and are too afraid to try and do anything :*
That's a very healthy attitude you have :) I've always thought of dancing as something you primarily do for yourself... a way to enjoy music not only with your ears but with your whole body as well. So I think one should always dance like nobody is watching and just let their inhibitions go. And, if it so happens that you do it well and people enjoy watching you, all the better, but pleasing others should never be your primary motivation ;)
